The program was supervised by the NSS Program Officer Dr. Upendra Kumar Verma and presided by the Principal Dr. M.Mehta. The program was addressed by the chief guest Shri laxminarayan Soni and guest of honor Shri Ashish Mishra. the program was conducted by Shri Jayant singh Kshatriy where staff and number of students were present.
